One of my favorite quotes is simple and true. “Hardwood grows slowly”. I believe that change happens over time and being patient in the process is part of learning and growing.

I believe therapy should be intentional, focusing on making progress toward clinical goals while helping clients feel successful. I collaborate closely with clients to identify goals, create treatment plans, and implement effective tools and strategies that bring about real change. All The Feelings Counseling offers more than just traditional talk therapy, integrating evidence-based theories into a comprehensive progress plan while also adding in creativity and adaptability. I regularly check in with clients to ensure goals are being met and that they feel successful in their insights and growth. As an art therapist, I bring a creative perspective to sessions, applying art therapy interventions, internal family systems, EMDR, and attachment-based theories. Additionally, I work with other clinicians to provide referrals and coordinate care for medication management, testing, and specialized treatment. The goal of therapy is not only to foster success but also to create lasting change, offering tools and insights that endure over time. I am passionate about working collaboratively and creatively with my clients, building a trusting relationship that evolves throughout our work together.
